Mission
To strengthen lives and communities through welfare support, education, skills, healthcare awareness, mentorship and social connection.
About United Friendships
United Friendships is a community-focused organisation working to improve wellbeing through care, learning, opportunity and sustained human connection.

Our story
Children need a secure beginning. Boys and young men need guidance and positive opportunity. Senior men need dignity, companionship and practical support. United Friendships responds through three linked programmes designed around those life stages.
Based in Lagos with a public contact point in London, the organisation draws on volunteers and partnerships to turn friendship into tangible community action.
Care is most powerful when it is consistent, respectful and close to home.
Our direction
To strengthen lives and communities through welfare support, education, skills, healthcare awareness, mentorship and social connection.
Communities where children can thrive, young people can grow with confidence, and older adults are treated with dignity and care.
A year of action
A community activity using sport as a meeting point for young people, encouragement and positive connection.
A public-facing activity bringing supporters together around the organisation's community mission.
A milestone gathering marking the first year and extending practical support to local families.
Work with us
We welcome conversations with volunteers, community partners and supporters in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
