United Friendships was shaped by leaders who believe care should be organised, accountable and rooted in community relationships.
Founder
Fadeke Atiku Adeola was born and raised in Enugu, Nigeria. Her professional background is in nursing, with a BSc in Nursing and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice from Anglia Ruskin University. She founded United Friendships around a belief in compassionate, practical support across generations.
Co-Founder
Teresa Watts is the co-founder of United Friendships. She works alongside the founder and community network in advancing the organisation's commitment to support, mentorship and connection.
